2. Third-Party Products
Independent third-party sellers market, supply, and warrant the products listed on this website. Accordingly:
- IT Marketplace does not own, manufacture, or directly distribute merchandise offered by third-party sellers.
- Third-party sellers provide the product images, descriptions, specifications, and features displayed on this website.
3. Warranties and Claims
Each third-party seller is solely responsible for the quality, authenticity, fitness, and applicable warranty of its products. IT Marketplace provides customer support to facilitate communication and help mediate concerns, but it does not assume direct responsibility for manufacturing defects or product failures.
4. Shipping and Dispatch Services
When IT Marketplace coordinates the transportation or delivery of merchandise, its role is limited to providing or arranging the transportation service. The originating seller remains responsible for the product’s condition before packaging.
